The Training Management System is the tool to manage your users, their course enrollments, and many other aspects of your training program. It is the central nervous system for training programs to manage their users information (students, instructors, applicants, etc.). It facilitates:

USER SUBSCRIPTIONS
YEAR ROUND ACCESS
For year-round access, each user will need a subscription. This fee is not part of any course license. This fee allows a user to access the ecosystem of features that the user’s training locations has purchased access to. The cost for year-round access is $132/Year and auto renews from the date of subscription purchase.
SPECIFIC WINDOWS OF ACCESS – TOKENS
Specific Access windows are purchased as Tokens. The token has a specified time length, does not renew and is invoiced as shown below. Users may have multiple tokens assigned to them to meet the needs of the window required. Tokens are invoiced when purchased. The time on the token only begins to count down when assigned to a user.
TRAINING LOCATION SUBSCRIPTION
The TMS allows for training locations to choose from various pricing tiers. The tiers coincide with LMS features available to the students, instructors, and administrators.
